Shipment Notification & Tracking Numbers
- We send an email order confirmation to you immediately after you place your order.
- We ship all FedEx orders received before 2:30 PM Pacific Time the SAME DAY they are received (Mon-Fri, not including holidays), unless paying by check/money order.
- We ship all USPS orders received before 3:30 PM Pacific Time the SAME DAY they are received (Mon-Fri, not including holidays), unless paying by check/money order.
- If you choose FedEx as your shipping option, you will receive an email from FedEx containing your tracking number.
- Tracking numbers are not available for orders shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail.
- International Global Express Mail tracking numbers are available upon request.

Within the USA our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail.

Oversize and/or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for approval before your order is shipped.
At our discretion we may upgrade your Priority Mail shipment (at no additional cost to you) to FedEx Saver with signature required, due to the weight or value of the shipment.
Please note that USPS Priority Mail is NOT a trackable, date-certain delivery method. Priority Mail shipments usually arrive within 3-5 business days. If you require tracking or date-certain delivery on your shipment, please choose our FedEx 2-day or FedEx Overnight options.

- Not available to Hawaii. Delivery to selected areas of Alaska in 1 business day, and to Hawaii in 1 or 2 business days [Saturday and Sunday are not business days].

The following table shows normal delivery times for FedEx 2-Day and Overnight service, for orders placed before 2:30 PM, Pacific Time. It does not reflect holidays or the additional day needed for service to Alaska and Hawaii.

As an example, a FedEx 2-Day package shipped on Thursday should arrive on Monday.
If you are shipping a high value package to a residence and are not sure you'll be home, please consider shipping to your work address where someone can sign for the shipment.

For customers from countries other than those listed in our country list, please choose "Other" as your country, then type the name of your country in the "Special Instructions" field. You will then be asked to pay via PAYPAL. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you will need to set one up.
Please note that you will be responsible for any customs, import taxes, duty charges and processing fees. These charges can be EXTREMELY HIGH, sometimes 50% OR MORE of the purchase price, including shipping. A few customers have reported that these charges have almost doubled the cost of their order. Please contact your local post office or customs office for details.

Exchange / Returns Policy

EXCHANGES
If you wish to make an exchange, please place a NEW ORDER on our website. There is a coupon code printed on the front side of your receipt that you can enter during checkout to reduce your shipping charge by $5.95. To qualify for this discount, you need to place your exchange order within 30 DAYS of your original purchase.
RETURNS
You may return items within 90 days of the purchase date, as long as the tags are attached and the item is in new, unworn condition.
There are two refund options for gift returns:
- The refund can be issued back to the credit card used on the original purchase. OR,
- The refund can be issued as a store credit to gift recipient.
For option 1, simply return the unwanted item(s) to Team Estrogen and indicate on the back of your receipt that you wish for the refund to be issued to the purchaser's credit card. An email notification will be sent to the purchaser when their credit card has been refunded.
For option 2, return your unwanted item(s) to Team Estrogen and in the package please include your name & email address on your receipt. (If you do not have your receipt, please call us and we can email you a copy). Upon receipt of your return, we will refund you in the form of a store credit and email you with that store credit coupon code. To make an exchange: Place a new order online or over the phone for your exchange item(s) and use your store credit as your payment. You may also use your $5.95 exchange shipping discount coupon (found on the front of your receipt, listed in red. If you do not have the receipt, please call us for this code).
There is a return address label located on the lower-left corner of the front of your receipt that you can use to send your package back to us via the carrier and shipping method of your choice. You are responsible for the cost of return postage when using this option.
If you are a USA customer, you can also visit our website at www.teamestrogen.com/returns and enter your order number and zipcode to create a pre-paid convenience label that will allow you to simply drop your package at any mail box or US Post Office ($7.95 will be deducted from the amount of your refund if you choose this option). Please be sure to securely affix the label to the package following the instructions that print out with the label.

Returns Policy for SHOES
We will happily accept your shoes for a return or exchange within 90 days of purchase. The shoes must be returned to us in a NEW and UNWORN condition. Shoes that have been worn, have had cleats attached (or have had the sole-cutaway exposing the cleat holes removed), or are in otherwise less-than-new condition will not be accepted for return or exchange (except in cases of manufacturer's defect). Please return the shoes along with ALL packaging, stuffing and hangtags in their original box.
Please DO NOT apply postage / address labels directly to the shoe box. Enclose the shoe box inside another box, or securely wrap it in paper.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers, please be aware that if you choose to ship your return back via DHL, FedEx, UPS or any other carrier that results in customs duties, taxes or fees being assessed to Team Estrogen, that the amount of these charges will be deducted from your refund. DHL shipments in particular seem to be charged $25.00 OR MORE in import taxes and fees.
We recommend you send returns back using your postal service, as we have not seen shipments being assessed taxes, duties or fees when sent using a method that arrives to us via the US Postal Service.
Out of Stock / Subject to Availability
Many of the items in our catalog are part of seasonal or one-time production runs. Once these items go out of stock they may not be available again. On any item, you will never be billed until and unless the product ships. If it necessary to break your order into multiple shipments, we will pick up the cost for the additional shipments.
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is available for $3.00 per item. You can view our selection of gift wrapping papers here.
Sales Tax
There is no sales tax in the state of Oregon, where we are based. However, most states that do have sales tax require that their residents personally remit the appropriate tax for their out-of-state purchases. If you live in such a state, you are responsible for remitting your own tax to the appropriate taxing authorities.
