Poor seams below the zipper

(Avid Cyclist) July 16, 2014

Weak seams. First time I wore them, sat down at a meeting and looked down to see the seam below the zipper opening up. Good thing I had the chamois on!

Pros
  • Breathable
  • Comfortable
  • Dries Quickly
  • Good Fit
  • Like Wearing Nothing
Cons
  • Not Enough Padding
  • Weak Seams
Uses
  • Mountain Biking
  • Warm Weather
  • Waist: Feels true to size
  • Length: Feels true to length

Chamois legs too tight

(Casual/ Recreational) January 15, 2014

I ended up returning these shorts because the leg seams of the chamois liner were too tight, creating something like muffin top of the leg, which was clearly visible through the outer layer. My legs are fairly muscular, as one would expect from a cyclist, so if you too have muscular thighs, these may not be the shorts for you.

Pros
  • Breathable
  • Good Padding
  • Good Pockets
Cons
  • Poor Fit
Uses
  • Commuting
  • Mountain Biking
  • Waist: Feels true to size
  • Length: Feels true to length
