fell apart, not very bright

(Avid Cyclist) November 12, 2010

For the price, very disappointed in this light - a complete waste of money. From day 1, the brightness was not impressive. I initially purchased to attach to my Giro helmet for night riding, but could not find a way to make it fit, so it briefly ended up on my seat stem. The design of the rubberized cover is ill-fitting and loose, because the on-off switch button fell out from underneath. I managed to replace it, and get it working, but I don't like how the switch operates, or the option for replacing the battery - also under the rubber cover. Basically, this was the worst bike-light purchase I've EVER made. Back to Planet Bike Blinky Superflash and invested in Light & Motion Vis360 (far superior, front and rear helmet light with added side visibility). Don't waste your money on this one.

  • Slim design
  • Poor Quality
  • Extremely poor value
  • Won't fit helmet
  • Weak beam
  • Poor switch design
  • Rear safety light

The Best and Brightest

(Avid Cyclist) August 18, 2009

I attached this baby to the back of my helmet to make sure the South Florida drivers could get a good view (warning). This little treasure is the best present my husband ever gave me. Other than my bike, it's my favorite piece of gear!
