Perfect riding companion!

(Avid Cyclist) September 24, 2014

I ordered these cycling tights in a small as I usually do and also gauged the size by the size chart. They felt a little large in the chamois and were slightly long in the leg. I decided to return them for an xsmall which I was a little dubious about but was definetly the right decision. Chamois is very comfortable the length of the leg just a little long but hardly noticeable. They are warm and lovely to wear and zippers in the leg make them easy to get on and off.

Pros
  • Comfortable
  • Good Fit
  • Good Padding
  • Warm
Cons
  • Slightly Long
Uses
  • Cold Weather
  • Long Rides
  • Road Biking
  • Wet Weather
  • Waist: Feels true to size
  • Length: Feels too long

A most disappointing item

(Avid Cyclist) August 8, 2013

This has to be one of the most disappointing pieces of apparel I've ever had the misfortune to buy.
1 Firstly, in the Medium size (which has fitted fine in the 4 other other brands of cycling tights I own) the leg length is at least 2.5 inches too long and because it has zipped legs it can't be shortened. So unless you are very tall or have unusually long legs, do NOT buy this tight.
2 Secondly, the sizing in a Medium is larger than the other well-known brands and because the material is not of the supportive type, I should have gone for a size smaller thatn normal, as it sags.
3 Thirdly, although the chamois pad looks as if it will be comfortable, I found it not to be so for longer rides - up to 30 kilometres was okay and after that not - and not as comfortable as the more padded or less paded chamois in other brands.
4 Fourthly, I had hoped that it would be warm for our Australian winters which are not particularly cold by other country's standards, but it is one of the less warm tights I own.
So finally, I think it is over priced for what it offers and there is much better value to be had elsewhere.

Pros
Cons
  • Not warm
  • Uncomfortable chamois
  • Poor Value
  • Poor Fit
  • Non-supportive Material
  • Expensive
  • Far Too Long
Uses
  • Short Rides In Spring
  • Waist: Feels too big
  • Length: Feels too long
