Moving Comfort’s dropped the scoop of the neck in their full coverage support superstar, allowing it to be worn with more tops than ever before. Their Maia is a favorite for larger cup sizes, with its stable underwire and moderately contoured cups. With a seamless surface, there are no unsightly lines showing through even the thinnest of tops. A pleasure to wear in high-impact activities.

Susan says: I tried on the Maia a few years ago, and rejected it because it came up too high in the front, so that I couldn't wear it with many of my favorite tops. However, Moving Comfort has redesigned it with a lower scoop in the front, and it's so much more flattering & versatile. It's highly supportive, and the smooth outer finish of the bra, with absolutely no seams across the front, means I can wear it with even the lightest-weight tops and not have any unflattering seam-lines show through. It's also one of the most comfortable underwire bras I've ever had. No poking or pinching anywhere!

  • molded exterior front offers support
  • seam-free molded cups and underwire separate and support for enhanced fit; smooth, no-line look under shirts
  • internal spacer fabric extends into straps to reinforce support and increase comfort
  • back adjustable straps for custom fit
  • three hook-and-eye rows on band; plush backed
  • recommend washing in lingerie bags; no fabric softeners and hang dry
  • Body: 88% polyester/12% spandex, Interior Cups: 100% polyester spacer fabric

Repeat customer

(Comfort-oriented) January 16, 2012

I first bought a Maia style Moving Comfort bra at the REI store in Denver for athletic wear. In a month I found I was wearing it all the time. I have purchased at least eight of them. I purchased other styles but did not like them as well. I do not like the change in the Maia strap. I liked the one piece that was wide and padded over the whole shoulder including back side. I don't like the thinner piece with metal adjustable piece. Digs into my shoulder. Its uncomfortable. I purchased all the old style I could find. Do you have anymore old style??? I didn't mind the higher neck.

Best Bra ever!

(Practical) May 8, 2010

When the Moving Comfort representative recommended an underwire bra for running, I thought she was crazy. But this bra is amazing and supportive and you can't even feel the wire. I don't know how they did it but they did.

Not enough back coverage

(Practical) April 17, 2010

I did not find this bra to have enough back support. For a DD cup, the back only had 3 hooks, and from the side around to the back, the material was too lightweight to provide enough support up front. I do not feel that this bra would provide enough support during high-impact activities. The high front definitely provides enough coverage, though, and can be worn under a jersey without worries about cleavage!
