Susan says:I wear the Cara bra almost daily in the summer. While it's a perfectly good sports bra, what I've found it to be most useful for is as an everyday, warm weather bra. The meshy cups are so airy that I rarely overheat. I do think the cup size runs a little on the generous size, so if you are often a 'tweener, I'de suggest going down to the smaller cup size.
