Anona says: To clarify: I DO like my small chest and I never feel self conscious...BUT I also like the way the Alexis bra looks and feels! The soft cups give me just enough shape to fill out my jersey, but I don't feel like I'm wearing a couple of pillows. I've had the problem before where a bra looks wrinkly under a jersey, but this bra lays smooth. Wearing a *hot* cycling kit is fun for me--it's dressing up!--and a good bra just polishes off the look. More importantly, I rode 70 miles in this bra last Sunday, and didn't even notice that I was wearing it. I never felt any chafing, binding, or discomfort. I'll definitely be wearing the Alexis from now on.

Decided I don't need a sports bra

(Comfort-oriented) September 24, 2012

Based on the sizing chart, I ordered medium (seemed wrong to me)----but it bunched on the sides of the cups.

I reordered small in black, hoping it would fit better--and look less mamouth. Difficult to get on and more difficult to get off--just after trying it on.

I only need a little modesty to avoid headlights--not this much coverage. Will never try a pull-on bra again!

I'm now wearing my everyday bras that cover a bit more under certain bike jerseys. No more sports bra for me--have tried too many!

Love the fit, just went by the size chart. Completely forget that I'm wearing it while I'm riding. No show through. There is a trick to getting it off but once I figured it out, it was a piece of cake.

Great support

(Comfort-oriented) March 13, 2012

Bought this to use for my first 5K and it was perfect. Didn't notice any bounce like I do with my stretchy sport bras. I knew it would be difficult to remove from reading others' feedback, but felt the support and comfort for the run was well worth the extra few seconds it took to peel off.

okay bra

(Stylish, Practical, Comfort-oriented) December 29, 2011

I wear 34A and ordered the medium. The fit is good but the sheer fabric above the cups does not lay flat. I step into it to put it on, and pull it over my head to take it off.

Even better than I hoped for!

(Stylish, Practical) October 16, 2011

I was nervous purchasing a bra online as I have almost zero success purchasing bras when I get to try them on in a shop, but I've been unable to find a nicely padded, good looking bra that will be small enough for me (and looks DO matter even for sports bras! - many manufacturers could benefit from realising this).
I'm a very small sized woman and needed a sports bra that wicks sweat, offers good padding (I need all the help I can get) and that is small enough for me. So many padded bras have cups that are moulded to shapes far bigger than I am but the Alexis A/B is utterly perfect! It's incredibly comfortable and satisfies all of my criteria.
The bra is great to look at too - none of the 'industrial strength' look of many sports bras and it offers a beautiful smooth front which doesn't create any lumps or bumps under snug fitting cycling jerseys.
Being a pull-over bra, I suspect this may not provide amazing support for bigger busted women, but it's designed for those of us who are more petite so does a perfect job as far as I'm concerned.
I could rave about this bra for days, but instead, I'm letting my money do the talking and will be purchasing a few more of these!
Perfect fit, gloriously comfortable and attractive enough to be worn as an excercise crop top on it's own if you wanted!

Great purchase!

September 15, 2011

Spent a ton of time looking for a great bra that doesn't completely flatten my small chest. I love this bra. I tried several other brands but this is by far the best. A little tricky to remove when wet. Used this bra in my first tri recently. It was totally comfortable while adding a nice shape! Looks good with or without a top over it. Great price, wish they made more solid colors.

great bra but unwearable

(Stylish, Athletic) August 5, 2011

I bought this bra in black and it is perfect, if only it weren't such torture to wear.

Six stars: great support and style, all with a flattering molded cup, made from slightly thicker lining that your average lined but not padded bra. Sexy and strong!

Minus five stars: this bra is so itchy, I think I may actually be having an allergic reaction to it. When I first put it on, I noticed it was itchy, so I removed the tags and washed it. Four days later, I decided to give it another shot. After wearing this bra on my ten minute bike ride into work, and by the time I was changing in the gym, I had two itchy red welts on my back (where the back of the bra is sewn to the straps) and an itcy red line under one of the straps (matching a line of stitching). I've experienced some problems with transparent elastic thread used in cheaper bras before, but never to this extent. I would expect Moving Comfort to be more careful with the materials they choose. I'm very disappointed.

I should also note that I have this bra in a previous striped version that didn't have adjustable straps, and I never had a problem with the materials.

High impact support for the A/B cup gals

(Experienced athlete) March 15, 2011

The Alexis bra offers great support for high impact activities for the smaller cup gal. It's my go-to bra for running. No bounce at all. My girls stay comfortably in place. The added mesh offers ventilation.. The inside band is soft and brushed which means my skin never gets chaffed or irritated. I find the thin straps and styling on this bra attractive enough to wear without a shirt.

  • Good Support
  • Attractive

A nightmare to take off.

(High-end shopper, Comfort-oriented) February 4, 2011

The quality of the bra is great. I am a 34A and really do not need a lot of support, but I need something under my bike/running shirts. So if you need a lot of support this bra is for you, just order one size up. I do very high impact sports, training for triathlons plus a lot of gym cardio. When this bra gets wet, I need assistance taking it off every time I wear it. I finished riding the MS 150 and was so tired I ended up just cutting the bra off.
