Katie says: "I was lucky to "tri" out this trisuit for Louis Garneau last spring during a half ironman. Finally, a one-piece trisuit engineered for female endurance athletes! I'm naturally drawn to one-piece suits for the lack of waistband, and the tummy compression that a waistband may cause, which can at times leave me with uncomfortable abdominal cramping. LG's decision to leave out a built in bra was a huge bonus. Bras are so user specific it's nice to be able to race in my own with guaranteed comfort and support, not to mention the freedom to use the bathroom! No attached bra and the long front zipper made getting out of this suit a piece of cake - which I ate after the race:). The compressive fabric and longer inseam length provided optimal muscle support when I was pushing hard on the watts. The signature power bands instead of a traditional leg gripper kept my shorts in place without squeezing or ever feeling too tight. I found it effortless to carry nutrition and my racing essential electrolytes with easy-to-access security pockets. These pockets are so well designed I never worried about losing my racing fuel.
