All leather bike shoe

(Avid Cyclist) January 17, 2014

I bought these to do a 2 week tour in New Zealand on a touring bike, and was hopeful not to take another pair of shoes. Luckily I did take super light weight sandles as the extreme wet weather meant these shoes were usually wet at the end of the day. They were great, comfy enough to keep on to walk in, if it hadn't rained that day. Very happy with them.

Pros
  • Durable Sole
  • Good for Walking
  • Good Traction
  • Simple to Use
Cons
Uses
  • Commuter shoes
  • Long-distance riding
  • Sizing: Feels true to size
  • Width: Feels true to width

Stylish & functional

(Avid Cyclist) January 11, 2014

I purchased these shoes to use when riding my commuter (electric) bike. They look better than runners and I intend to work in them as well.
I haven't yet decided whether to put the cleats in and change my pedals so I can't comment on how well they work clipped in. I do know they are very comfortable. I normally take a size 40 European and purchased a US 9 (normally and 8 1/2 to 9 Australian sizing). I have a narrow foot but don't mind the wideness in the toe box.

Pros
  • Good for Walking
Cons
Uses
  • Commuter shoes
  • Everyday riding
  • Sizing: Feels true to size
  • Width: Feels true to width

Great Shoe!

(Avid Cyclist) May 5, 2011

I bought these shoes specifically for commuting and it turns out I'd probably just wear them around for anything. The cleat is recessed so it does not drag or click when you walk. The shoe itself is very comfortable and well made, great for walking. It is stiff enough for riding, though too nice for mountain biking. I love this shoe.

  • Good for Walking
  • Durable Sole
  • Simple to Use
