Good, but...

(Avid Cyclist) January 10, 2013

I like the bag in theory. Seems well made. However, I've got an aluminum bike with a larger top tube & external brake/rd cables. The rubber strap is too thick to fit under my cables, and would crush them if installed above. Velcro would have been a better option for my particular bike, but if you've got internal routing, should work great. I'll end up using it as a funky handlebar bag when needed.

Pros
  • Lightweight
Cons
  • Bulky

Great Bag, but doesn't last

(Avid Cyclist) September 9, 2010

I purchased this bag in May as I was getting ready for the AIDS/Lifecycle (SFO to LA) ride. I needed a fuel bag for the long days of riding. The bag worked great, and it was really convenient to be able to take the bag on and off the bike without having to empty my camera and cellphone during the breaks. However, the rubber strap (holding the base onto the frame) broke by August, so the whole bag is unusable. :-(
