FIT NOTE: The PureCadence2 is classified as a "natural running" shoe (also sometimes referred to as a "minimalist" shoe"), but with more support through smart, streamlined features. Natural running shoes have a smaller heel-to-toe drop (4mm for the PureCadence2) than most traditional run shoes (which are typically 10-12mm). This difference puts your heel closer to the ground and stretches the Achilles tendon more than traditional running shoes. If you've never run in the PureCadence2 or other natural running shoe, we suggest slowly adding mileage while alternating with other training shoes. Adding mileage too quickly without the proper time to adapt can result in injury.
