FIT NOTE:The PureFlow is classified as a "natural running" shoe (also sometimes referred to as a "minimalist" shoe"). Natural running shoes have a smaller heel-to-toe drop (4mm for the PureFlow) than most traditional run shoes (which are typically 10-12mm). This difference puts your heel closer to the ground and stretches the Achilles tendon more than traditional running shoes. If you've never run in the PureFlow or other natural running shoes, we suggest slowly adding mileage while alternating with other training shoes. Adding mileage too quickly without the proper time to adapt can result in injury.

• The PureFlow is for neutral to guidance runners who want to experience a run for the senses without loosing the comfort of dynamic cushioning.
• The anatomical last (the shape of the sole) mimics the shape of the foot to provide a glove-like feel, thus allowing the shoe and foot to work as a single unit.
