Hi Candy,
I just started wearing cycling shorts with the pad, and even quit wearing
panties underneath, haven't had any problems yet, I think if you wear cycling
designed shorts you will be fine.

oops...I think I got this message by accident, but I can offer my two cents
on the subject anyways.
The best biking shorts I ever owned are made by Shebeest. So far no
infections with this kind. They have a "coolmax" center and Chamois on the
sides. (It seems that the fabric in other cycling shorts were giving me
yeast infection symptoms) The pad is cut well and reasonably thick. No
point in wearing the good shorts at all if you wear panties with them.
Leave the panties at home. Whatever you do...DO NOT EVER wear dirty shorts.
Wear them once and then wash them. Be meticulous about this.

Has anyone actually won a hill slug t-shirt? I've
entered numerous times and have never won. And they
don't post the winners. Thanks.

Nope. Not me. Have you heard from anyone else who won a shirt? I have a
million shirts anyways...and only wear them to bed. Oh well.
