When will my order ship?

• We ship all orders received before 3:30 PM Pacific Time the SAME DAY they are received (Mon-Fri, not including holidays), unless paying by check/money order.

Can I track my package?

• If you choose FedEx as your shipping option, you will receive an email from FedEx after your order has shipped containing your tracking number. (track it here)
• If you choose USPS Priority Mail as your shipping option, you will receive an email after your order has shipped, containing a delivery confirmation number. This is not the same as a tracking number and only confirms shipment and delivery times. It does not provide information about your package while it is in transit. (track it here)
• If you choose USPS Global Express Mail as your shipping option, please email or call us to obtain your tracking number. (track it here)
• If you choose USPS First Class Mail as your shipping option, no tracking information is available - First Class Mail is not trackable.

USPS Priority Mail

Within the USA our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail.

Oversize and/or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for approval before your order is shipped.

At our discretion we may upgrade your Priority Mail shipment (at no additional cost to you) to FedEx Saver with signature required, due to the weight or value of the shipment.

Please note that USPS Priority Mail is NOT a trackable, date-certain delivery method. Priority Mail shipments usually arrive within 3-5 business days. If you require tracking or date-certain delivery on your shipment, please choose our FedEx 2-day or FedEx Overnight options.

FedEx 2-Day

• Available on domestic (USA) orders only.
• Orders received before 3:30 PM Pacific Time (6:30 Eastern) will ship the same day (Monday-Friday).
• Delivery by 4:30 PM in 2 business days [Saturday and Sunday are not business days] to most areas and by 7 PM to residences.
• Delivery to and from many areas of Alaska and Hawaii in 2 or 3 business days [Saturday and Sunday are not business days] (By 7 PM in Hawaii).
• Please note: FedEx will ALWAYS leave RESIDENTIAL packages WITHOUT a signature, UNLESS the driver feels the delivery location is unsafe, OR the package has a high insured value. If you need to require a signature for delivery, please ship to a BUSINESS ADDRESS.

FedEx Overnight

• Available on domestic (USA) orders only.
• Orders received before 3:30 PM Pacific Time (6:30 Eastern) will ship the same day (Monday-Friday).
• Delivery weekdays [Saturday and Sunday are not weekdays] by 3 PM to most U.S. addresses (by 4:30 PM to other areas).
• Not available to Hawaii. Delivery to selected areas of Alaska in 1 business day, and to Hawaii in 1 or 2 business days [Saturday and Sunday are not business days].
• Please note: FedEx will ALWAYS leave RESIDENTIAL packages WITHOUT a signature, UNLESS the driver feels the delivery location is unsafe, OR the package has a high insured value. If you need to require a signature for delivery, please ship to a BUSINESS ADDRESS.

The following table shows normal delivery times for FedEx 2-Day and Overnight service, for orders placed before 3:30 PM, Pacific Time. It does not reflect holidays or the additional day needed for service to Alaska and Hawaii.

As an example, a FedEx 2-Day package shipped on Thursday should arrive on Monday.

If you are shipping a high value package to a residence and are not sure you'll be home, please consider shipping to your work address where someone can sign for the shipment.

Shipping Rates To Canada

We have two options for Canadian orders:

USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL: Provides insurance and a tracking number. Packages shipped via this method usually arrive within 3-5 business days, although it may take longer if your package is held up in customs.

USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL: Packages shipped via this method usually take 1-3 WEEKS to arrive. Because packages sent via this method are NOT insured, lost shipments are your responsibility.

IMPORTANT NOTE: you will be responsible for any customs, import taxes, duty charges and processing fees. These charges can be significant - please contact your local post office or customs office for details.

International Shipping Rates

We have two options for International orders:

USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL: Provides insurance and a tracking number. Packages shipped via this method usually arrive within 4-5 business days, although it may take longer if your package is held up in customs.

USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL: Packages shipped via this method usually take 1-3 WEEKS to arrive. Because packages sent via this method are NOT insured, lost shipments are your responsibility.

Please note that you will be responsible for any customs, import taxes, duty charges and processing fees. These charges can be EXTREMELY HIGH, sometimes 50% OR MORE of the purchase price, including shipping. A few customers have reported that these charges have almost doubled the cost of their order. Please contact your local post office or customs office for details.
