PACKAGING AND RETURN ADDRESS
A return authorization code is not needed unless the item is defective. You can return the item(s) via the shipper of your choice.
USA customers can use our Merchandise Return Label: enter your order number and zipcode to create a convenience label that will allow you to simply drop your package at any mail box or US Post Office ($7.95 will be deducted from the amount of your refund if you choose this option). Please be sure to securely affix the label to the package following the instructions that print out with the label.
Please DO NOT use paper envelopes to return items, as these envelopes can easily tear during transit, resulting in lost items. We suggest using the box or Tyvek envelope your order arrived in, and securely sealing it with packing tape.
There is a return address label located on the lower-left corner of the front of your receipt that you can use to send your package back to us via the carrier and shipping method of your choice. You are responsible for the cost of return postage when using this option.
If you've misplaced your receipt, our address for returns is shown below. Please also enclose a note with your name and address.
If you wish to make an exchange, please RETURN the unwanted items and place a NEW ORDER on our website.
If you place the new order within 30 days of the original order, you can use your exchange shipping discount coupon code to reduce your shipping charge by $4.95. This code is printed on the front side of your receipt, just below the total. If you do not have a receipt, please call us and we can email you a copy.
There are two exchange/refund options for gift returns:
(A) A refund can be issued back to the credit card used on the original purchase.
- Return the unwanted item(s) to Team Estrogen.
- Indicate on the back of your receipt that you wish for a refund to be issued.
- An email notification will be sent to the purchaser when her credit card has been credited.
(B) A store credit can be issued to the gift recipient. Once issued, the store credit can be used at any time to place a new order on our website.
- Return the unwanted item(s) to Team Estrogen.
- Please include YOUR name & email address on the receipt.
(If you do not have a receipt, please call us and we can email you a copy)
- Upon receiving your return, we will issue a store credit and send you an email with the store credit coupon code.
- You can place a new order online or over the phone at any time using your store credit coupon code as your payment.
International customers, please be aware that if you choose to ship your return back via DHL, FedEx, UPS or any other carrier that results in customs duties, taxes or fees being assessed to Team Estrogen, that the amount of these charges will be deducted from your refund. DHL shipments in particular seem to be charged $25.00 OR MORE in import taxes and fees.
We recommend you send returns back using your postal service, as we have not seen shipments being assessed taxes, duties or fees when sent using a method that arrives to us via the US Postal Service.
Shoes must be returned to us in a NEW and UNWORN condition. Shoes that have been worn, have had cleats attached, or have had the sole cut-away over the cleat holes removed, or are in otherwise less-than-new condition will not be accepted for return or exchange (except in cases of manufacturer's defect). Please return the shoes along with ALL packaging, stuffing and hangtags in their original box.
Please DO NOT apply postage / address labels directly to the shoe box. Enclose the shoe box inside another box, or securely wrap it in paper.
DEFECTIVE ITEM - NEW AND UNWORN
We will happily replace any items that arrive damaged or defective. Please call us at 1-877-310-4592 to obtain a Return Authorization number and arrange for a pre-paid return label.
DEFECTIVE ITEM - USED, WARRANTY RETURN
For worn items that exhibit a manufacturer's defect, we will work with you and the manufacturer to repair or replace the item per the manufacturer's warranty guidelines. Please call us at 1-877-310-4592 to obtain a Return Authorization number.
VELCRO AND OTHER DAMAGE EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY COVERAGE
Please note: Friction caused by saddle stitching, Velcro, or seat post hardware can cause technical garments to pill or abrade. Pilling and abrading is considered normal wear and is NOT covered under warranty.
Please take a moment to examine your saddle and seatpack to make sure no Velcro or protruding bolts or other sharp edges brush against your shorts, even slightly. Also take care when laundering your clothing that no Velcro is exposed in such a way that it might catch on items in the wash.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked FINAL SALE are at least 50% off and are not returnable.
